Charles Mudede Presents The Cinema of Human Morality

Scrivener’s Monthly is pleased to present an evening with Seattle-based writer, critic and filmmaker Charles Mudede. Part lecture, part filmic journey, Mudede will take us on a narrated tour through poetry, politics and the environment to examine how questions of morality continue to riddle the human condition.

Charles Mudede’s films include Police Beat, North American, and Zoo.  His writing on politics, arts and culture has appeared in The New York Times, The Village Voice, LA Weekly, and elsewhere. He is currently the Film Editor at the Seattle-based weekly, The Stranger.
