Perfect Moments

In 1982 Anne Wilson and Marty St. James, with support from the British Council, took a Performance Art Tour of North America with stops ranging from Calgary to Baltimore. During their visit to Vancouver they performed “Perfect Moments” in the Grand Luxe Hall of the Western Front. The title “Perfect Moments” is taken from the novel “Nausea” by Jean-Paul Sartre, and makes reference to specific text about existence, reliving the past, and creating perfect moments.

“The performance aims at a perfect moment, locked in time, trying to make sense of it.” – Whispered Art History
