Diagon is an improvisational project that explores experimental soundmaking using a combination of processed electronic sound (guitar and effects) and acoustic found percussion (bells, toys, collected objects). The sound explored ranges and oscillates from simple rhythms and beats to atmospherics to abstraction and noise. The end sound is eclectic employing a Fluxus-like strategy along with an electronic processing edge. When played live, the project explores and ventures into performance art using spontaneous and automatic gestures using found objects.
