Impromptu marriages. Fugitive meetings. A nomadic ensemble of improvisation and open composition.

The Ad Hoc Ensemble is a rare mix of six adventurous improvising musicians coming together from places across the nation for a five-city tour: Daniel Oore from Halifax on saxophone and abs constructions, Jesse Zubot from Vancouver on violin, Jean-Felix Mailloux-Desjardins from Montréal on bass, Guillaume Bourque from Montréal on clarinet, Jean Martin from Toronto on drums, and Christine Duncan from Toronto on vocals. One time only – no holds barred.
