G.P.S. (geographic • pulse • situations)
The G.P.S. Concert Series maps out and threads together oblique issues of community and geography, the written word and notated sound as well as popular and unpopular cultural artifacts. Performance spaces and places are rethought, repurposed, unearthed and exposed with presentations in concert halls, public spaces (both real and vitual), underground locales and uninvestigated landmarks.
