Rental Information

The Western Front Society’s Grand Luxe is an intimate, historic 120-seat concert hall available for a variety of events including concerts, film and video screenings, poetry readings, theatrical productions, rehearsals, and community meetings. Front of House management, in-house technical support, and basic lighting and sound equipment, are included in our basic rental rates, listed below:

• Fri-Sun: Corporate/Commercial $1200/evening
• Mon-Thurs: Corporate/Commercial $1020/evening
• Fri-Sun: Charity/Society $600/evening
• Mon-Thurs: Charity/Society $510/evening

THE GRAND LUXE HALL SPECS

The Grand Luxe Hall is approximately 50’ long and 25’ wide with 14’ ceilings. Wool carpet, with removable panels, overlays a 13’ by 20’ hardwood stage. Maximum hall capacity is 120, seated or standing.

Our equipment includes: a PA system, stage lighting, music stands, mics, video projectors, a full panoramic-size projection screen, and a Yamaha Disklavier 6’ grand piano. Ten banquet tables, 80 stackable chairs and risers are also available.

Bar hospitality services may be arranged for an additional fee. Special equipment and services may be arranged through our Head Technician, for an additional fee.

MEDIA PRODUCTION FACILITIES

Western Front Society’s media production facilities are available for rent. The facilities include a voice-over booth, and an audio/video recording and editing suite. Technical expertise is available for audio recording, soundtracks, video shoots, post-production, and restoring video and audio tapes of various formats.
